Considering evening meal, I decided to shop here because I want to make a light meal.

This is “Jousen Kiku-Masamune”.
I belonged to the baseball club of the university around 20, and when I was at the drinking party, I was forced to drink warmed sake at a strech and I disliked the cheap taste which I drank at the party.
I do not usually drink “ordinary sake”, which often has taste like the taste which I dislike, but this sake has a taste that is said to be “dry”, but has a distinctive taste of sake, but it is easy to drink without disagreeable taste.
I ordered “Meat Chinese Fried Rice” recommended by this shop, which was also on the signboard.

Next, I ate it with Chin-Jyao-Low-Sue.

it is hard to continue to eat Fried rice so much with a monotonous taste, but this fried rice is entangled with Chin-Jyao-Low-Sue, so I can continue to eat without getting tired.
Looking at other menu,
I wanted to eat Char-shu at the bottom of this night menu.
I was attracted to “Sauce of Secrets for Founding 45 Years”.
My parents also ran a ramen shop, and my father had been doing it for 35 years, so I can understand the awesomeness of this 45 years.

This shop is a shop that feels like a Chinese restaurant in town, which is often dark and not clean, but it was a bright shop with a sense of cleanliness that does not feel the number of years of 45 years.
In order to keep such good balance, it is necessary to make a daily effort and it is surprisingly difficult to do it, so it is impossible to think that this shop that is doing such things is amazing, etc. was.
