Product Description
It has White wine-like aroma and flavor.
It feels elegant and modest sweetness, but it has a good sharpness and doesn’t stay on your tongue, and vanishes all the time.
It’s a nice drink.
Even when took together with dishes, it brings out the delicious flavor of the ingredients softly.
This Sake was awarded Champion Sake, the highest award for the sake sector, at the International Wine Challenge (IWC) for FY2017. As part of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’s measures to support the overseas expansion of sake, this alcohol is being sent to countries around the world as an alcohol that will be used in various receptions at diplomatic missions overseas.
