Sake Search Review
“This Honjozo is made by Kiyonishiki made in Yamagata Prefecture, polished to 65%, as main.
It has the refreshing taste that smells Ginjo incense derived from careful low temperature brewing.
Featuring rich fruity sweetness, you can enjoy a rich and sweet scent reminiscent of melons, bananas or pears.
It has low sourness, rich sweetness, roundish taste, soft and disappearing finish is comfortable, so it is easy to drink.
Alcohol power is 15 to 16 degrees, but due to the sweetness and undiscipline, I never feel the strength of alcohol, so it is so good sake as you drink too much than you think!”
