This site started making with the thought that it is convenient if you can know in which restaurant you would like to drink the specific brand of Nihonshu – Japanese liquor or Sake.

About one year has passed since we started publishing at this URL and it was a database that posted about 600 issues, 350 stores, 1,260 items of information.

Initially, I thought that if I register 1,000 items, most of the Sake in the shop can be covered and the database creation work will be easier.
Howevwer, every time I visit a restaurant, items of Nihonshu I did not know were put on, and I was ashamed of my old shallowness every time.

As a manager lived in Tokyo, I visited various places other than Tokyo to collect data.
Every time I feel it, there is a Sake brewery in each place, and that is loved by locals.
As a manager of a poor salaried worker, of course, I visited not all the prefectures of Japan but still, Ithink that feeling is correct.
If it is so, like a line of a certain gourmet manga, I can not help feeling that Japanese alcoholic culture is very wide, deep and rich.

Perhaps it may be a delusion, recently secretly thinking that continuing to make this database could make some contribution to such diverse and rich Sake culture in the future.
If this database was able to cover all the Sake in Japan, we will be able to talk about the diversity of Sake culture with numbers, and to the people of the later generations we will be able to tell that so many sake was made and loved.

… Although the talk has made a leap, it is thought that this site has various possibilities, again.
However, the main role of this site is information about in which restaurant you can drink the sake.

Basically, we added data on Monday once a week.
On average, I think that it is increasing by 5 restaurants and 5 items at a time. With present manager’s power this pace is at most.
The manager now collects information and updates the data by nyself, but in future, I think that it will be nice if the site is refurbished and the information is provided from those who can cooperate to create a database together.
In addition, I also want to carry out a fun planning, so please do use this site in the future.

… Well, the introduction has become longer, but I think in this blog, I am going to write about the journey of coverage etc from now on.
As I mentioned earlier, I have been visiting here and there for data collection, and there is a brewer at the land (not to mention that there is a sake brewer, of course, one town and one village).
There is Sake that is being loved and drunk in every place,
If I can tell you more or less about that, you may be able to drink more deliciously, happily, and everyone who visited this site more likes Sake.
It is because I thought that it might be.

I will not update it everyday, but at the very least I’d like to update about once a week as my goal, so it is my pleasure if you could see it.
