This is made by “Tosa Shuzo Co., Ltd.”, in the mountain area of Kochi.
The texture was a kind of creamy, but the after taste was very clear.
I thought that it was sweet and easy to drink, but according to Tosa Shuzo’s website, it’s classified as “dry”.
