Last Update(2018/6/30)
As its name suggests, it is a reproduction of sake in Genroku period. The color is amber. The taste is like an “Lao Chu”, Old Chinese Liquor, or mirin, a Japanese seasoning. Although it is sweet, it has good sweetness.
