Thank you for seeing this blog.
This time is “Yanbaru Shokudo” near Senzoku Street of Asakusa.

I visited it to eat soba at the end of my dinner after Don.Bei.
Before Don.Bei I was wandering around Senzoku streetand found this shop.
Because I had not had Okinawa Soba and wanted to do so.
That’s because I had not had rice or noodle in Don.Bei.

I had not took photos because there were some customers.
This shop had cooking space and counter seat on the left side, and Tatami room on the back of the shop.
I seated on the counter seat nearest of the entrance.

This was menu.

There were “Hakkaisan”, Nihonshu.
I wanted to have Awamori, Okinawa’s Spirits, too, but had no capacity and budget, so I ordered Hakkaisan, but was sold out.
The shop master said he could serve “Tateyama” or “Tomi-no-Houzan”.

I rarely heard “Tomi-no-Houzan” and ordered it.
I like something not to see or heard.
This is Tomi-no-Houzan.

Blue Okinawa grass was peculiar to Okinawa dishes restaurants.
I had it…um, the taste was not like nihonshu!
…No it is not Nihonshu but Shouchu, Japanese Spirits (^^;

As I did not certainly remenber, he said “Shouchu, Tomi-no-Houzan”.
I like Shouchu but wanted to have had rather Awamori than Shouchu… thinking so I drunk it little by littl.

I ordered foods, this is “Shima-Rakkyou”, Shallots of Okinawa.

Not peculiar flavor shallots and salty pork made me feel delicious.

This is main dish, Sohki Soba.

First of all, eat Sohki, stewed pork of Okinawa.

It was enough well stewed to separate meat from bone.
The taste was delicious for harmony of sweetness and salty.
There seemed to be cartilage, and it could be bite for its softness.
Next was “Kamaboko”.

I had had Okinawa soba for a long time.
I had visited Okinawa for trip of high school and known Okinawasoba was delicious.
From the time to 20 years old, I frequently had Okinawa Soba but since then rarely had it.

Writing this blog, I recalled the time with nostalgy.
I was now 40 years old and looking back of my life, same time had passed as time to become adult.
I think that 20 years after 20 years old is vacant compared with 20 years before 20 years old.

I there had been lover, marriage, family or something satisfying I would not think so but nothing makes me feel vacancy.
When 20 years passes, I don’t know whether I will exist.
I nevertheless wanted to make the time fulfilled… it hit on me.
