Grilled Beef Tongue Lunch at “Niku-Takumi-no-Gyu-Tan Tan-no-suke-Sakaba” in Roppongi-1chome

This time is article for “Niku-Takumi-no-Gyu-Tan Tan-no-suke-Sakaba” in Roppongi-1chome,
This restaurant is in Roppongi Grand Plaza, which TV Tokyo is in the office building of.

I visited it on March 3, 2017, when there is a little time after the completion of the building.
Skipping the photo of the restaurant appearance ( as I forgot to take), the menu is:

I feel it expensive and luxury that the cost of lunch is more than 500 yen,

I came around 14 o’clock, the shops were not crowded, but several groups were happily talking.
Of course, I am coming alone.
I did not see eyes on those things, I was taking photos of menu ^^;
Waiting a moment, rice and tail soup, and Tororo, grinded yam, has arrived.

I had had cow’s tongue, thick tongue, my favorite, felt happiest!

Nice.
To use in this blog, I was eating them with taking photo, but then I concentrated on eating tongue and rice.
It is the best to eat rice with tongue!

I ate and ate rice.
This restaurant is free of charge for rice seconds in lunch.
I prohibited myself to eat seconds for diet but in this day I forgave it for the tongue deliciousness!

On the dish, there are Shishitou-Miso, Miso with capsicum and hot Miso with citrus.

I like the Shishitou-Miso as much as can eat three bowls of rice with it in past.
I was eating tongue with Shishitou-Miso.

It is the happiest to eat rice with meats! I like Yakiniku☆

This restaurant includes “bar” in its name and seemed to have sake.
Because it was lunch time, the menu of the evening was not put, but it was published in HP.

Seeing it, there are “Urasaka” “Ichinoseki”, which are popular, and “Mansaku no Hana”, “Koma Izumi”, “Hatsumago Makiri”, “Daishichi Namamoto-Junmai”, “Nanbu-Bijin”, which are goods.

What I care about is that there are letters of “Tokubetsu” such as “Mansaku-no-Hana Tokubetsu-Honjouzou” “Koma-Izumi Tokubetsu-Junmai-shu” “Nanbu-Bijin Tokubetsu-Junmai”.
It is said that “Tokubetsu-Junmai” and “Tokubetsu-Honjouzou” have the best characteristics of the brewery.

Furthermore, as it seems that they serves “today’s sake” on a daily basis.
I could not take pictures because the face of other customers seems to reflect, but today’s sake was “Senshou-Masamune Tokubetsu-Junmai”.
All the Sake appeared above are made in Tohoku district.
Next time, when I can afford to spend money, I’d like to come to it at night.
